GROUP TRAINING

Grab your favourite running shoes and join our group for some fitness and fun! Our trainer Georgie will take you through a one hour class that will involve a mixture of functional training, HIIT, and gentle yoga inspired stretches at the end.

LOCATION: Broadwater Parklands, Southport. We meet at the south side of the ‘Girl On The Hill’ sculpture. Please be sure to book each and every session as we will notify you via text message if there is a location change due to weather or other events.

Covid-19 social distancing measures will be in place. Please do not attend if you’re feeling sick. Hand sanitiser will be available. If you have your own boxing gloves, please be sure to bring them!
